Shveta Thakrar: Tendrils of magic weave their way through the tapestry of our lives, if only we would stop to breathe. Stars whispering secrets on the night wind, blue glass pumpkins dotting the forbidden path, nagas slipping from snaky skins to fleshly ones while apsaras seek to tempt Buddha from his place beneath the bodhi tree--all these things and more intrigue me.
